Abstract: Soil mapper is an interactive game which tests a player's soil sampling skills. It has been designed to allow the player to study the effects of different soil sampling strategies, that is, the number and distribution of soil samples taken in an area, on the accuracy and cost effectiveness of a map created using the sampled data.
