Abstract:

The aim of the project was to continue the development of better adapted and more productive varieties of subterranean clover for a range of environments in southern Australia. The project resulted in the registration and release of three late-midseason ssp.subterraneum cultivars, Denmark, Goulburn and Leura, and contributed to the release of an early-midseason ssp.yanninicum cultivar, Gosse.
