Abstract: This DVD looks at how gypsum can improved degraded soil. The soil needsd to be assessed before application as not all soils respond positively to gypsum. The video shows how soil testing is done. Strip application of gypsum can also be used to test soil. After application, new management and cultivation techniques should be used, such as direct drilling, to get maximum benefit from gypsum.
