The carob moth (Ectomyelois ceratoniae) is also known as date moth, knot-horn moth, blunt-winged moth, and locust bean moth. It attacks pomegranates, pistachios, almonds, oranges, apples, figs, quinces, pears, locquats, peaches and apricots as well as carobs.
