The major outcome of the project is to support the capacity building of grain growers in Australia through group based learning and networking opportunities. The TOPCROP Group Awards are a nationally focused project delivered by TOPCROP Australia recognizing the achievements of grower groups. State and national winners are selected on criteria that includes committment to continuous improvement principles, on-farm testing, crop monitoring andbenchmarking, being self-directed and utilisation of networks.
