Abstract: The Working Group was to investigate and identify the most appropriate economic data model to be utilised by the Pastoral Lands Board and the Department of Agriculture and the pastoral industry in monitoring economic indicators and trends. The "Sustainability index" presented by Alan Herbert was accepted by the working group as the preferred model.
