This bulletin aims to assist producers to identify pests and their natural control agents in vegetable brassica crops in Western Australia. Brassica crops include cauliflowers, broccoli, cabbages, Chinese cabbages, turnips, swedes and Brussels sprouts.Pests covered include : apple, white fringed, vegetable, lucerne and spotted vegetable weevils and grubs ; vegetable, African black and Staphylinid beetles and grubs ; slugs and snails ; cutworm grubs ; diamondback moths ; cabbage white butterflies ; onion ggots ; cabbage and green peach aphids ; cabbage centre grub moths ; Helioths ; looper grubs and earwigs. Beneficial insects and agents include : parasitic wasps ; ladybirds ; fungus and hover flies.
