Two methods of irrigation scheduling of native cut flowers in Western Australia are discussed. These are evaporation replacement and the use of tensiometers. Includes also calculating crop water needs, calculating irrigation frequency, water quality, irrigation system inefficiency, types of irrigation systems and demand irrigation and remote sensing control systems.
