Identification of the major factors that contribute to the development of ascochyta diseases of chickpeas (Ascochyta rabiei), field pea, faba bean (Ascochyta fabae) and lentils (Ascochyta lentis). Models based on the critical factors which drive the infection and secondary spread of Ascochyta diseases in Western Australia on the main pulse species and Botrytis gray mould of chickpeas (Botrytis cinerea) have been produced.
