This document contains extended abstracts from presentations delivered at the meeting by the research community. Due to time constraints, industry representatives did not give individual presentations, but their viewpoints were captured in an open forum (see Abstract 21). We did, however, invite industry representatives to submit written viewpoints, and these are included in the second half of this document.
