Abstract: Using five different sheep blowfly insecticides, the results of exposure house trials indicated that comparable levels of protection against strike development can be obtained when applying the chemicals at a higher concentration in a reduced volume (H/L). The organophosphate insecticides offered similar protection when applied at either the standard concentration and standard volume (S/S) or at the H/L.
