In recent years there has been strong worldwide growth in cauliflower production. Industry growth, which is presently over 7 per cent/annum, is being driven by economically emerging countries, especially China and India. These two countries now account for 68 per cent of world production. Production of cauliflower is related to cultural background as well as the wealth of a nation.
