Thirty-four (34) growers participated in the 1994 canola survey of the Lake Grace Advisory District and of these 34 growers, 12 growers responded to this survey representing 35% of potential responses. The total area of the 12 paddocks surveyed was 991 hectares. 75% of the paddocks were sown to wheat after canola while the other 25% of paddocks were sown to malting barley after canola.
