Abstract: (En)
"The objective of the project is to scope out horticultural opportunities for the South West WA [Western Australia] region, including Manjimup that could usefully form the basis for further projects and to take identified key prospects on to a research and development or a commercialisation phase. The project investigated a series of new opportunities. A group of crops or processes that are likely to be successful was developed and progressively evaluated for their potential.[Green tea, apricots, cool clite citrus (late navel oranges), native flowers, (boronia, kangaroo paw and waxflower), summer lettuce]." -- p. 4.
