Leaf spot diseases affecting wheat in Western Australia are Septoria nodorum blotch (Phaeosphaeria nodorum), yellow spot (Pyrenophora trici-repentis) and Septoria tritici blotch (Mycospheraerella graminicola). This Farmnote discusses the risk factors and yield losses of these three fungal pathogens, as well as disease management, fungicide control and factors in fungicide application.
