Abstract: (En.)
Rill erosion was reduced in the first year after direct seeding using a John Deere 752 No-Drill or 55 mm-wide, "inverted T" or "dagger"-shaped or 12 mm-wide "knife" rather than conventional 213 mm-wide tine shares. Suspended soil losses were similar. Replacement costs of "Fabcast R" tungsten-tipped "knife" shares were comparable with those of conventional shares.
