The purpose of this report is to describe the Lake Grace sheep industry in Western Australia in context of the flow of sheep (live and meat) along the supply chain from farms to consumers; and to assess the present levels of value adding made by the industry at each level of its value chain as well as to the region as a whole, to estimate value adding potential of the industry.
