Abstract: (En)
The main findings were : 1. The predominant diseases are common root rot, yellow spot and Septoria nodorum blotch. Yield losses are experienced every year and can be as high as 50%. 2. The effects of these diseases are usually reduced, but never eliminated, by rotation with lupins. 3. Because of the short season, rapid root growth is important. A technique such as deep tillage, which enhances root penetration, interacts with disease and can cause substantial yield increases. Deep tillage can also hav
